The time is always off in OS X. I set the time in OS X more then 5x now. Windows time is correct but the mac os x time is always off. every time i restart it is wrong. What could be causing this? The time in windows XP stays correct.

Booting between OS X and XP in bootcamp throws the time off.

It's normal. Hopefully it will be fixed in the non beta version.

I got the newest version as of 3 days ago. That is when I downloaded it. What is the newest version and is there a way I can update my version of bootcamp without erasing everything on the windows partition and starting over?

    I am using beta 1.2

and didn't you actualize it? you can actualize without erasing your windows partition.. you just need a blank media to copy the new drivers..

actualize it? I just checked at 1.2 beta is the newest version available. If the time is getting messed up on the OS X side, why does it not get messed up on the windows side?

You need to create a new driver CD using the updated version of Boot Camp, then go into Windows and install the CD.

If you installed bootcamp/windows using beta 1.2, then you are already using the last version and there is nothing to upgrade to. It was supposed to fix the issue you mentioned, but it doesn't seems so. BTW, you don't need to really burn a CD, you can copy the drivers into the Windows partition and run them from there, use a flashdrive, whatever.

Yes, there is no problem burning a driver CD, it's just not strictly necessary.
