word quetions

i lost the little menu bar things that open when word opens. sorry if you dont know what im talking about but i dont kno the real names of them. really the only one i need is the "formatting pallette" or w.e its called how do i get that back?

just got the toolbar back, but still no formatting thingy. any ideas on what i need to click to get it back?

 

View>Formatting Palette or View>Toolbars>Formatting?????

stealth or anyone else, do you know if you fixed your exporting problem. i have the same problem and i cant find out how to fix it. it just says a problem has occurred. thanks in advance.
