What do you use, and are you happy with it?

No external keyboard.
Logitech VX Revolution and I love it. It has every feature I need and then some, fully customizable, great battery life and power-saving features. Large enough to be used as a desktop and gaming mouse, portable enough to carry around with a laptop. Looks as nice as it feels and it's pretty accurate. -
For a keyboard I use a Logitech G15 gaming board, and I absolutely love it. You may wonder why I have a gaming board for a Mac. I use it for both my Mac and PC at the same time with a program called Synergy.
As for mouse I just use a MS Intellimouse 2.0 wireless mouse at my desk. I have tried using several others including the MX Revolution and a few other fancier ones, but I always come back to this one due to it's simplicity. For travel I use a Logitech Vsomething. the Bluetooth version -
For home use:
Logitech Elite keyboard and Logitech MX500 mouse
For mobile use:
Laptop keyboard and Logitech notebook optical mouse plus -
I use an Apple "Pro Keyboard", I think it's from the late 90s or early 2000s, came with my Power Mac G4 at any rate. For external mouse I use a Microsoft Standard Wireless Optical Mouse. I like the feel of it and it's very responsive.
I am, however, sorely tempted to buy a Logitech Cordless Desktop S530 Laser for Mac ( link), which is a package of an ultra-flat Logitech keyboard with a Mac layout and a mouse. It looks and feels very nice, but it's a bit too expensive for me to buy it just yet. Maybe when I replace my PMG4 with a Mac Mini.
Oh, btw, maybe I should mention that I use Teleport to control both my Macbook Pro and my Power Mac G4 with the same keyboard and mouse. -
I'm still using the standard Apple wired keyboard, but I am using a Microsoft Wireless Laser Notebook Mouse 6000 (really long name...) Its pretty nice, but I too am very tempted by the Logitech S530. It looks really sweet, my only complaint being that it doesn't make use of the Bluetooth feature found in just about every Mac made in the last 3 years.

I also am using the Logitech Revolution VX wireless mouse, plain and simple, it's as good as it gets. I got it at TigerDirect for 29.99 with a 20 dollar MIB, even before the MIB thats 20 dollars lower then you'll find anywhere else

I use a dell bluetooth keyboard and mouse....it was leftover from my dell laptop and works fine....wish i could map all the media keys and extra mouse buttons without paying for software...

At work I use Apple's bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I may be in the minority but both seem to work flawlessly for me (they are only 4 months or so old though).
I have a Kensington wired keyboard for Mac thats fine except the PowerPC drivers won't work on the MacBook so some of the special keys don't function and no universal drivers are available yet.
I also have a wireless logitech keyboard and mouse combo that works great (these are really for a PC but work great on the Macbook once you know the ctrl/option/cmd key equivalents).
Finally I have a generic bluetooth mouse from Kensington that works great. -
For mice I've always used those $10 M$ Optical mice.
I need to get an Apple keyboard or something. I find that I kinda hate the keyboard on the MBP. -
I share my windows desktop's mouse and keyboard using Synergy too. It's pretty convenient -- I just open the Macbook up next to my desktop and start using it. They're a Logitech mx518, and a Unicomp M (Very like the IBM M, but newer).

my roomate also uses the Apple Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth mouse, the older BT mouse not the mighty mouse, and both have worked perfectly for quite a long time.
As for keyboard, I would definitely just stick to the apple wired keyboard if I were to buy a desktop mac, simple and effective, I have gotten used to the Apple mice (the BT ones are very heavy) and although it just feels kind of clunky and disconnected, I can still used it successfully now, I must say that even with a 2 button mouse in OSX, i still do the CTRL-Click maneuveri am too trained, but the 2 finger click on the new laptops is great.
but in all honesty, if you are doing serious work that requires long use of the mouse and a little bit of skill in the hands, WACOM is the only way to go, I have had my Intous 3 6x11 for about a year now ( i have used a few different models of tablets) and it is such an efficient way to work.
actually, it is absolutely necessary for me at this point doing illustrations and video editing, compositing, animation, 3d stuff etc. couldn't live without it.
as for keyboards the Fujitsu N6210 keyboard is the only way to go!!! haha I will be sad when I need to get another laptop, etc. Although I do like Apple's laptop keyboards quite a bit.
