    Hy all,

    Specs
    • Full HD
    • core i7 2670QM
    • GTX 560m 2GB
    • HDD 500 GO 5400tr
    • 4GB ram 1333Mhz

    Then I have changed:
    1 Seagate Mometus XT 750GB 7200tr plus a toshiba 1 To 5400trs
    16GB hyperx pnp 1600Mhz (4*4GB)
    No overclock overvolt

I start the computer for the first time, lauch 3DMARK11 and during the benchmark it stops suddenly and reboot itself....I thought it was caused by a driver conflict so i decided to do a clean install of W7 SP1 ultimate 64 bits, then in the same time change HDD and Ram
I have installed all the latest drivers (not the one from asus but from maufacturers, including atheros, realtek, itel, nvidia...)

Then launch 3Dmark 11 again without any issue, then lauch NFS the run, and 5 min after SHAZAAAM sudden shut down....
launch Saint row and then shut down 5 min after, after ASUS logo shut down again....

During these shut downs CPU temp was 64° max and GPU 71° max wich i think is not too much

I have searched on forums for 2 days now without any solution...

    YOU are my last chance!

    May thanks in advance

I have checked RAM and theres no error

EventID 41 just means an abnormal shutdown. What other Warnings or Errors do you see in the System or Application Event Logs?

Have you tested your memory with memtest86+ on one pair at a time with 3 passes each?

What firmware version are you running on your Momentus XT? Have you checked it with a Seagate Diagnostic utility?

Are you confident your power supply is clean and properly grounded? Have you tried a different outlet? ....in a different. building?

Can the power adapter start your system without battery installed?

How long have you owned this laptop?

it can boot without battery no problem

I have tried in 3 different places same problem

I was thinking first to a lack of power coming from the AC charger is it what you were thinking?

What are the details of the Service Control Manager Errors?

Since you just got this laptop, I would attempt to reproduce the error with the stock HDD after performing an ASUS Factory Restore (F9 at the ASUS splash screen) and running the stock memory. If the issue is reproduced, go back to your retailer and ask to exchange the defective laptop for a new unit. Don't get stuck with a laptop that has problems right out of the box.

I have compared ALL the timestamp of all errors and none of them have occured before a shutdown service control manager have occured 4hrs before first shutdown then 1hrs after last shutdown

most of errors are related to homegroup and network

If you CAN'T reproduce the error with the stock HDD with ASUS Factory Restore and stock memory, then I would test with just the Momentus XT and run some diagnostics on it. If that is okay, then add the Toshiba HDD to the system.

The most important thing for you to do at this time is to quickly determine if the stock hardware with stock software has any problems - and if so, get rid of it while you are still within your retailer's exchange/return period.

momentus XT have been tested for days on my other laptop as the Toshiba, but the combiation of 2HDD + 4 RAMs I7 and GTX560 may use too much power do you think?

Nope. Many models come stock with 2 HDD's. You don't get a surplus of power reserves with the stock power adapter, but I believe it should be sufficient to run that test. I think that just indicates the problem is more likely in the stock G53SX.

Well, that's not good. Is this with the stock RAM? You really want to test out the stock system to see if you need to return it.
