You should be able to do 4K, but limited to 30FPS.

Nvidia also allow 60FPS with the HDMI but with a limited chroma sub-sampling set, 4:2:0 IIRC.

Hello. I want to play MGSV on 4k 60fps.. Sorry but what is (chroma sub-sampling set, 4:2:0 IIRC)? I tried to google it but I didn't understand ^_^".
I have the same model I guess

I want also to buy a 4k tv.. Is there any tv (LG/Samsung) will have a problem with the laptop or the game?

It compresses the colour to reduce the bandwidth requirement. It works ok for TV but for games it wont be that great.
