Could this be possible? On my old 10.10 drivers temp at idle (GPU) was around 60 Celsius (go as high as 90-95 Celsius in Furemark) and by the time it finished instaling, restarted, now the temp is around 47-48 Celsius (Furmark full load 80-82 Celsius... Unbelievable!!! What seems to bee so big difference in software?

Going from 10.x to 11.x ATI/AMD changed which/how the sensors are read...use GPUZ or the Clock tool to see all of your temps...and the highest one.

OK I will try tomorrow when I get back from work! And let you know how it went! :D I am feeling great now. Was thinking repasting...But now no problem. Although I didn't have GSOD problems nor over 100 Celsius temps...

...Well I dont want to spoil your good mode but the probability of your temps having actually changed, and by that much, is slim to none. lol

What I meant with my first post is that they changed it in such a way that the reported* temps (while true) are not your then-current highest temp, such as Furmark shows.

You'll see what I mean. Additionally, anything under 100C is fine, just blow out your vents now and then and you should be good. Some cards just run hotter then others, such as mine and DCx, good paste jobs but still max at around 95C with furmark.
