I have seen modded BIOS for ATI radeon and several tweaks.

    Is there any for 460M?
Or I need to stick with the nvidia stock drivers and the overclock made by software.

    Thanks and Regards!

Use 280.26 WHQL and an utility like NVIDIA Inspector to mod the game profiles and overclocks.

Is there anyway to modify the card's software so that I don't need to use a modded inf file to update the driver software?

Depends on how adventurous you are feeling :) You'll need to reprogram the card's hardware ID
