I bought a G73 model from bestbuy (G73jh-rbbx5 one), i think it was a brandnew system, but my friend said that all RBBX05 model is refurbished one. So what's your opinion

The RBBX05 model is not refurbished (unless you bought it on eBay or something). The model is a BestBuy version, which in comparison to the retailer A1 etc is cheaper and has: lower screen res, less ram, smaller size HDD and no Blu- Ray. That's about it.

Just to add to what a3r0x said. The BB version comes with a lower res screen, but as long as you got the LG screen you're good to go. Also, the lower res does not mean its bad, for gaming atleast its actually a plus. You can check that in Device Manager.

The BB model also lacks bluetooth and a drivers disc aswell. Other than that, its essentially still a 'no frills' G73, gaming behemoth. Plus, with BB, at least you know there is 'after sales service'...something you can't always say about Asus!

    Cheers!
