The preview 11.8 drivers with OpenGL 4.2 was updated to have proper native support for mobile. So this includes Hydravision and all the other apps, and should install without issues on your HD5870M or any other mobile AMD.

The Direct3D driver is not newer than the WHQL. WHQL is still the newest for Direct3D driver.
    - But it should have support for Deus Ex though.

Use if you want the OpenGL 4.2 support, if you use OpenGL applications and games.

now here is the issue i have. If i use any other driver besides the one that came with my laptop i get a 10-20% FPS drop... in lol i get a average of 120 with updates 60-80. Call o f duty mod 2 normal driver 91 maxed. newer one 60 or less maxed it makes no since to me.

^^Have you flashed the new vbios?? Perhaps the performance clocks arent switching correctly? (400mhz core vs 700mhz)

yea i have the 213 bios installed. Let me check the clock speed on it when i change drivers.
Alright change drivers and it seems to be 700 over 1000 and that seems like the Default. (( using GPU-Z ))

    Latest Vbios not BIOS.

Here is a screenshot of mine your BIOS Version should be the same as mine or you dont have the latest Vbios .93.

Following this guide. And use OD2 from Chastity driver page and when you boot in dos you type OD2 not ATIFLASH.

Flash at your own risk make sure you know what your doing 100% before attempting it.

Ok so i flashed it and now for some reason when i go into full screen mode the screen moves up and down rapidly... so what i have done was use the one from the guide on the forums, so far is good and no issues with max FPS i have seen so far.
also here is my GPU-Z let me know what you think...

So you were able to get it fixed? I was going to suggest removing your HDD's before you flashed it but you seem to have it working.
