Just an FYI for those who are curious about "tweaks" that some drivers refer to. Even for the new MLAA, don't need a custom .inf to enable. It's a very simple process of turning 1 into a 0.

Open your registry, regedit in run (Windows Key+R) or search in start menu.

Go to Edit and click on Search. Find the following values, should all be in the same directory. So just a single search be fine. Also entry is in the registry multiple times but only need to edit the first search hit you find once.

    MLF_NA - MLAA (Morphological AA)
AreaAniso_NA - High Quality AF (Forces Trilinear instead of Bilinear)
GI_NA - Geometry Instancing (Games often use repeated textures, but instead each instance of the texture taking up room in memory, this makes sure it's only repeated once, will improve performance when textures are used repeatedly).
TFQ_NA - Mipmap Texture (Should be there, but noticed sometimes it's removed from some custom drivers).
TemporalAAMultiplier_NA - Temporal AA (Honsestly don't know this is still added by some who edit INF). (Also appears where MLAA is, another reason why not to enable this).

Go to Taskbar and end process CCC.exe. Re-enable CCC by just right clicking your desktop and clicking on Catalyst Control Center. Should now see these options in the 3D settings.
