So I did a system restore pressing F9 during startup... (Restored to ENTIRE HD)

    and now it says

    1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer
    2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next"
    3. Click "Repair your Computer"

If you do not have this disc, contact you administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

    File: \boot\memtest.exe

And it doesn't work.. any idea how to fix this? I mean I can do another system resinstall/system restore with f9 and reinstall windows but the problem of memtest remains.
