The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ASUS G1SN - Disable/turn off the OLED?

    I bought an ASUS from a friend of a friend, and after it crashed a while back, I reformatted the entire thing and have been slowly reinstalling the drivers from ASUS. I can't for the life figure out how to turn off the blue OLED completely (I have no use for it), and I was wondering if someone here knows how to disable it permanently.
