    Hi Folks,

    merry Christmas and greetings from Germany.
    I made myself a present and bought me a SSD (Corsair Force 3 240GB).

    To migrate the OS to the SSD I used "Migrate to SSD" from Paragon cost only 14€). A new installation is actual not possible, maybe later.

    Problem is the slow SSD performance, see here:

    I read a couple of threads about this topic here but there was no real how2 or solution.

    The Firmware from the Corsair Force is 1.3.2 and so it is quiet actual.

    AHCI is enabled. Trim is on. All useless tools are disabled like defragmentation and so on.

    Anyone an idea whats the problem?

    i suggest never to migrate a drive etc, with ssd you do a clean install from start and it will work much better :)

    Try using a different benchmark program. I've noticed HD Tune does give about half the numbers that other programs do. Try ATTO benchmark or CrystalDiskMark
