When playing Counter strike source. It works fine for the first 5mins, then the game starts rapidly freezing (Stop and go), sounds studder and the game keeps freezing and coming back.. When you alt tab the windows itself is fine, when you go back in game the freezing is still happening. Once the freezing takes place it is following by a succession of "Beeps" only when I press W,A,S,D (my up down left or right walking keys) Everytime I press those keys a "Beep" sound ocurrs and everything freezes for a second each time you press the key. This laptop is only 3 days old for me so everything is stock with no additional drivers or modifications were made. Can you please HeLP!

Also this problem keeps happening even if I install an external keyboard or mouse **The problem first started with the standard keyboard setup, so I installed the external to troubleshoot and the problem stays.**

I already disabled the Device Manager> Usb Root Hub> Power management and unchecked allow computer to shutdown to save power options. (This did not help at all..)

I also turned off sticky keys with no luck.

    1) I don't know what programs you are running in the background, but I would start turning apps off and run the game again with minimal stuff running.

    2) You could try updating the ATK Package plus the Keyboard Filter 1.03 driver

    3) You could have picked up a nasty little bug and it's playing with you. A keylogger virus could do things like this.

Remove the chinese keyboard layout from your input languages control panel.

LOL, I didn't think of that. :) Would be funny if that's causing it.

That's my first guess, other input languages are usually the cause of this type of thing, especially when it beeps.

Yeah, beeps are sticky keys, or some related process. It could also be 3rd party software ...
