Just wondering if anybody noticed that your main speakers are backwards.

On mine the left signal plays throught the right speaker and the right through the left but when using headphones it's fine.

Not a big deal but just wondering if anybody else noticed this..

Could the sound card wire be connected backwards?

hmm, I'm having an issue of the right speaker working, but not the left.

When I do move the slider though to test a side, right side is played on the right, so mine are not backwards...

Curious if it's as simple as a loose wire (or in your case reversed), or a soundcard hardware issue?

Sorry I don't have my lappy with me. What playback device should I select?

On mine it was the speakers above the currently selected speakers.

There are only 2 so I would just cycle through them until you find which one works

If I remember correctly my option to change my playback device is greyed out but I will confirm tonight when I get home.

Oh thanks for helping out :)

So I un-installed the creative drivers and the realtek sound drivers and downloaded the 2.45 version from realtek and it seems to be correct now.

Thanks you everybody for the help :)
