Hello. First timer here on this forum. Don't know exactly where to post this but here I go.

I recently purchased an ASUS G73JH-X3 from TigerDirect.

    ASUS G73JH-X3 Laptop Computer - Intel Core i7-720QM 1.6GHz, 8GB DDR3, 640GB HDD, DVDRW, 17.3 Display, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, Black at TigerDirect.com

    Everything works perfectly, no complaints.

But when the computer had to do the "windows update" thing, I figured, of course I'm going to update it... I shut down my computer and now it's just staying there at:

"Please do not power off or unplug your machine
    Installing update 10 of 38"

It's been stuck there ever since 5 in the morning... I still see the little circle moving of the cursor. Please help.

Turn it off, and let it restart
