Instead, all I get from them is a "SYS ERROR" for the tracking number. I called them about that, and they said to check back in a few hours, and that they had some "Escalation Team" on it and that they should call me within 2 business days. I've read enough horror stories to know that ASUS never calls back.
I can't just sit at home all day, I have school. I can't tell Purolator to just leave my laptop (ASUS G74SX) at the front door, someone will steal it. I have no idea whatsoever on how to deal with this.
I should mention, this is the 2nd time I've had to RMA the same Computer within the same month. First time, they didn't fix it correctly. Now, they're botching up the shipping.
So what should I do now?

Oh, another thing. Reading a bunch of other ASUS horror stories with it being fixed by contacting the retailer wouldn't work in my situation. I bought this laptop when I was living on the other side of Canada, from a place called "London Drugs". I don't think they'd be able to help me.
