I added a second Hdd the hybrid seagate 4G SSD/500 HDD but my computer does not show this so I can't format it and have it be recognized I also don't no what is the keystroke to go to bios settings on startup I have a feeling the solution is going to require that.

Just bought the Asus G73JW-XT1 from compusa today with the added drive. (seagate drive was $119) Total price was $1619 And I got a better second 500G HD then the standard for much cheaper then any I have seen online.

Have you ever installed a HD before?

Did you go to Control Panel-->System and Security-->Administrative Tools-->storage---> disk management and look for the hard drive?

If not, than do it and click on the hd you bought then create a new partition and format it. Hope that helps.
