Well after many emails, and a couple of hicups my G73JH is scheduled for delivery today. It was at the Jeffersonville Indiana location. After speaking with Trinity I found out that my video card was changed. The compupter spent 6 days with me before I had to send it out. It spent 1 day short of a month RMA'd. Unfortunatly, I have to pick it up at the Fed-Ex Facility after work and I work an hour from home.
Cross your fingers for me. After all the horror stories I've heard about the Indiana location, I'm hoping I'm one of the lucky ones. I'll make sure to post back here once I get home and test it out.

Update: Well the computer came back in perfect shape. Some bios settings had been changed, but otherwise in good shape.
I did install COD Black OPS and played for 2 hours without any issues, so I'm going to guess it is working like it should. -
Great news congratulations! I had a great RMA experience as well. Makes me thing they only have one bad tech who gives them a bad rep.

Definately could be a possiblity. I hope everyone else's pending RMAs come back as good as mine did!

I'm glad your G73JH is in good shape. I've read somewhere here in the forum that those came from the Indiana facility got some of their screws missing.

I'm actually just about to phone Asus to see what's taking mine so long in Indiana. They've had it since Nov 1 and it's not awaiting parts from Taiwan, so my patience is thinning. Hopefully I'll have a good result in the end.
After 1 month RMA my G73JH is close to being home
