    Can't believe no one else has asked this.... almost didn't want to post this question, but heck, whatever!

    Silver vents!

    Anyone done this already? For some reason, I can't find perfection in the machine - gotta keep modding it...

    The vents on the back of the unit in the video are silvered or chromed. The vents on production models are a matte gray plastic. Thats what he's talking about.

    and what about that it looks cool but why would you like to risk to damage your machine trying to do something ridiculous :)
    you want to do that just for the look or you think it will be cooler :)

    no they arn't...sry but what your seeing is an optical illusion of the lighting in the vid......would be cool though if they made them... :)

    They are shiny in either case. The ones on our unit are not shiny.
    Also notice the differences in the wallpaper that comes on the G73. There's several round bumpers/screws around the screen, keyboard and area around it are black/shiny, and the center lighting effect is brighter. This was probably their concept but changed elements to reduce production cost.

    stop complaining about the designed it's fine :)
    if i had to complain that would be about the 2 buttons ok and the simple look but i can live with it :)
