I dont know how it come there. Maybe from Mic.
And it is between the glass and lcd.
I see the disassembly-guide, and it show how to take away de entire LCD. But how can I open the LCD to remove the ant?

This happened to me before, but it was with a piece of dirt that spanned 3-4 pixels. You just have to take the LCD panel apart and scrape the debris (in your case, the ant) out carefully. First try use a can of compressed air and if it doesn't work, use the edge of a credit card for the scraping. I don't have a disassembly guide for taking apart the LCD panel, but here's one I found online that should do the job.

LOL, wow. How the heck would an ant get in there? Aren't these things assembled in somewhat sterile environments? Unless the worker had one in their hair or something. Hope you can get it fixed fairly easily.

No, I've seen specks under them.

If you've taken one apart you'd see it's possible. They'd probably RMA it for you :p

Is the ant alive or dead? If it's alive and not stuck to the glass, perhaps you can use a vacuum to suck it out.

Your image is huge, could you please size it to forum policy, thanks.

This has nothing to do with quality control. All LCD panels have small gaps in them and can trap debris, especially bugs as they are attracted to the light and heat produced by the screen. This happened to me on my Dell Precision M2400 - a business-class notebook nonetheless and still, the mishap can happen. If you're looking for a laptop that is fully enclosed, you'll need to look at fully-rugged systems such as the Panasonic Toughbook 19, 30 and 31 series.

Thanks for notice me Kalim. Image changed.

    Guys, problem fixed.

Ant probaly is alive, because today, when I wake up, it disappeared!!!

I think when i turn off the note and close it, the LCD colled and the ant can go away...
Hope it has left the note, instead of going to the CPU/GPU :)

    Thanks for the help anyway.

    (Sorry for english, I´m braziliam)

If you hear a tiny pop and smell ant, it made it's way to the GPU. LOL :D

    Just kidding.

Glad to hear the issue was solved.
