Anyone has a G73JH screen and GPU fan left? (Buying spare parts)

Well my G73JH is getting issues recently, so far it has a runtime of 27000 hours and still works "usable". I use it more or less as PC anyway with 2 screens and keyboard/mouse.

Primary issues which I got right now:
    - Screen isn't working anymore, will try a different cable in the next days but I think the screen itself is dead cause the backlight still works (Maybe it didn't like my overclocking to 90hz?)
    - The GPU fan seems to be dying, it sounds like a car which has a broken ball-bearing, it does that only at start though
    - Since 2 years the system clock is setting itself randomly to past or future, no issue though with inet time sync.

I created this thread because I know that many forum members have spare parts at home, any cheap used screen/fan will do because I don't want to invest too much money anymore.

I checked already Ebay and saw that a new fan costs around 20-30€ and a new screen 70-80€. I remember there was a discussion here about alternate screens with more brightness and better colours, but I can't remember the model type.
