    I'm planning to get a 256GB Crucial M4 SSD for my G73Jh. Has anyone been
    using one of these in their G73JH .. are there any issues I should know of ?

    I'm aware of a cold-boot problem in the M4 for which there apparently is a firmware fix in v0009. Has anyone faced this cold-boot issue and has the new firmware fixed it ?

    the problem is the same of my c300, follow my guide in signature and it should give no problems, it is basically a compatibiliy issue with intel services and crucial ssds.
    Disabling those service (which are far from crucial xD) solved all problem for C300 family and some M4 reported same result.

    I am using the adjective "some" because I saw ONLY some topic about this, since I am not directly involved this time :D

    yes the 0009 fixed the cold boot problem with the 64gb m4 in my g53, you should have no problem
