Hi, recently purchased a new g60 laptop from Asus, and thought everything was perfect, until i realized my "left arrow key" is kind of defective.

I have to press down REALLY REALLY hard in order for it to register. Is there a way to fix this?

    thanks!

Not sure if that's a common issue or an issue that can be resolved through drivers/bios updates. How long ago did you buy it?

Are you looking for moral support or what? :)

"recently purchased" ... "kind of defective" ... Get the keyboard replaced! It's still warrantied, right?

Call Asus for an RMA< and have a local ASP fix it. Downtime should only be 1-3 days that way.

As long as you registered for your warranty ASUS should just ship you a new keyboard, simple as that.
