    I have been thinking about this Asus 1 year accidental warranty, Won't people abuse this by destroying their laptop on purpose?

    ....and why would they do that? All its going todo is get it fixed or replaced with a refurb and the one you get back doesnt come with a longer warranty or anything.

    Only thing your doing is messing up your laptop just to claim possibly a worse one. Remember its one time only that you can make a claim.

    The accidental damage warranty only covers one incident, so it would be pretty pointless.

    Why would they destroy their laptop on purpose? If they did that they will suffer the consequences of not having the laptop for a few weeks while it is getting repaired or replace.

    The concept of the 1 yr accidental waranty is for a peace of mind incase something bad happens to it (that's why they call it accident) lol :cool:

    ow i thought that they would give a you a new laptop not a refurb one. so if you think about it not knowing getting a refurb one, destroy your laptop for a new one.
