    Downloads - Nvidia Forceware 285.69beta

    Just spotted these over guru3d.
Seems legit enough...so ive took the risk and installed them using the clean way (more in my signature).

Well what i can say, i noticed a performance increase in BF3, maybe i gained a few fps more where i was getting a bit low.
Everything seems smooth and stable, TDR issue is fixed as well, and driver branch is 285.00-118 whereas the official .62 is 285.00-08.

If you dont have something to do, give it a go, specially if youre playing alot of BF3 :)

Don't the official drivers from nVidia.com work for you?

Yes they does obviously, but since I do alot of tests for various reasons on at least 4-5 machines im always in when it comes to beta drivers.

What took my attention thought is the fact that these are Asus modded drivers to include some new gpus that will probably be available starting from q1 2012 such gt610m, gt640m.

Cherry on top is the fact that these improve bf3 in some way as reported from other guru3d benchers.

I just thought it was cool to share it :)

I hope so, I would like to see an Asus model with a 570m soon.

Every other high end laptop have them , some even have GTX 580M

Sure there will be a 570M , but i'd rather have the ability to upgrade my GPU ><

Fine as the latest WHQL .62 released last week.
Guys before opening this thread ive obviously tested them, if they were wrong i wouldnt let you know of their existence.

Anyway they perform the same, same heat (topped 80c under 840/1680/1600 @ 1.0v).
TDR issues fixed, and some more optimizations here and there.
No clocks bug or anything related to it, they behave normally.

Driver runs fine for me too.. infact i saw rumors stating they raise the heat...

In my case i dropped 2C on a 10"00 run of furmark. which i just ran a series of tests yesterday getting temps.

I can't vouche for performance gain at all yet, 3dmark servers seem to be down so i can't see my score.
