    For Asus X550LD
Firstly I've installed Windows 7 Gamers X64 Edition(Same as windows 7 ultimate) Then I've tweaked UI.dll files in System32 folder using Resource Hacker
Then system needed to be restore(took long time to restore :()
    Then
1)Will It affect my BIOS? Bcoz my Bootable pendrive isn't working as prio even after changing Sequence of Booting? It works like a charm on other pc's,Laptops
2)Should I take it to nearby service station(Last option for me coz I'm not at condition of losing my data)
3)What is OEM mod for BIOS?
4)Will tweaking my BIOS with OEM void my warranty?
5)Asus BIOS is too outdated without Legacy/UEFI mode
    Can we update it???

You can find the latest BIOS Ver at Asus Support Downloads as well as all the other tested and approved Drivers and software.
Not familiar with your model. Most likely if it didn't come with UEFI support that a BIOS update would not provide it?
Asus does not support MOD BIOS's
