    Asus Fancy Start for G53SW

    Hi.

    as it shown in the title above,is it possible to change the boot screen for the G53SW ?
    to be honest with you guys i saw it on a my friend of mine (G73JH) and i went super Jelly :p ,because its older than mine and still kicking!

    i tried to install fancy start but it kept showing "This App only to be used with Asus Computers Only!"< :confused:

    so if anyone tried it before give me feedback on how to do it.

    I'm not overly familiar with Fancy Start, as I didn't really like it. But you did install it from the driver page for the 53SW, correct? Not from somwhere else or another model?

    sadly,the driver page for 53sw doesn't contain this sw,so i've download it from 73jh drivers page.

    That's most likely your problem right there. ;)

    You're probably out of luck, but it really isn't a very good program anyway. In fact, I've heard of a case where it bricked someone's notebook. :eek:
