How good is the Asus G series mouse that is bundled together with the g53/g74 and g55/g75?

Is it as good as a $40-50 gaming mouse from Razer etc...?

It is a ASUS branded 3200dpi HP Voodoo Laser Gaming Mouse. It's not a bad gaming mouse and along the lines of a mid-range Razer mouse. If you want to know more and about peoples experience with it, read the reviews on that particular model.

If it's the same free asus gaming mouse on the G73JH-A2, then I tell you that it's spectacularly durable and reliable IMO. I have used it for already 2 years and it's still kicking at it should. The quality of the clicks on both left and right clicks are still fantastic. I thought this mouse will eventually die after a few months but it didn't. I played a LOT of CoD:MW2, CoD:MW3, SC2 and Diablo 3 on it and it just won't die.

One thing to consider on maintaining this mouse is spraying some air-can on its lens when dirt/hair accumulates on it.
