I thought it was kind of weird that I am getting a low graphics score. My specs are:

    Asus G46VW
    GTX660m - latest whql drivers!
    i7 3940xm 4.0ghz
    Toshiba 240gb ssd
    8GB stock DDR3 memory
Windows 8 64-bit all updates installed

My cpu score 8.1, ram score 8.1, and hard drive score 8.0 is great obviously. Graphics score however seems weak considering this is a top of the line GPU, and plays bf4 1080p medium to high at 50 fps no issue. Is this a windows 8 bug, or Nvidia drivers bug?

No that is the normal score for a GTX 660M. It is not a top-of-the-line GPU; it is a midrange card from the previous generation. My dual GT 650M (exact same GPU as 660M) overclocked to 1120/2250 gets 7.6.

Optimus will induce odd fluctuations in the score as well.

Microsoft have removed the scoring system from 8.1 due to the impracticalities.

To get better accuracy on performance use a benchmark program like 3D mark then compare what your results are to others with similar hardware. The WEI is ok but usually the last program one you want to base actual performance.
