    Hi guys,

This might sound dumb to ask, but is there anyway to set the threshold for the battery of G46. I know G46 has a great battery life but i hate it at the same time too because it takes forever to wait for the battery to drain to like 20% so that I can plug in the charger and play game. The reason I do that is because I don't want to plug in the whole time and have the battery stay at 100% because that would lower the capacity of the battery over time.

What should I do guys? Can I play game on battery instead? And if I do so, would that hurt the battery because gaming usually consume a lot of power and battery doesn't like to drain too fast either.

This is tricky!!! Please give me your opinion

hm not really. but recycling the battery from dead to fully charge may improve or give you better accurate extra hour/minutes

So long as the battery care circuitry is doing its job then you should be fine.

This is far more complex in a notebook than a camera.
