Problem: echo effect / as if the mic is just on?
I hear every key stroke i make, echo's to the tv playing in the backround of my room, every click to my mouse...!!!!! This driving me nuts!!!

    I have a bestbuy bought Asus G50v.

This problem happened last night, after plugging in a gaming headphone to the jacks off the right hand side. I used ventrilo. After restarting the laptop did the problem occur.

    Any solutions to this?

Turn your mic gain down in the volume control panel.
