My laptop's screen seems to be going black after a few minutes, everything works fine, and i can just be browsing the web when it turns off. This however, does not happen if I use another monitor.
From what I can see it should be something that has to do with the backlight since, I can VERY faintly see stuff still on the screen, but other than just the shape of window and such nothing can be seen.
Any help or idea's is appreciated.

The green board at the far right is the inverter. You can get at it by taking off the screen bezel. I wrote some instructions for that in the same post.
Make sure it's properly connected. If it is, you can probably find a replacement inverter for not too much cash.
