Hi there, I have a problem lately with optical mouse. One it was disconnecting and connecting randomly, I disabled the turn off the port in device manager and it wasn't working so I thought it was a fault cord in the mouse.

Now I bought an Anlix mouse (AN-67U) it's working fine, but when I boot the computer it's turned off I have to unplug it and plug it again to make it work, why does the mouse is turned off at boot?

Do I have issues with the usb ports or my windows 7 is corrupted?
Other usb devices doesn't have this problems (Gamepads/external HDD)

My OS: Windows 7 x64 ultimate
