I dont know if its the game or my laptop. I have tried every setting and this game will not play smoothly. This laptop has not given me any problem with any other game except black ops.

If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks

If your on a cracked version its known to be very laggy. If you havent upgraded your drivers you can always try that. If its a legit copy.

Same computer, same game, same issue. Does anyone know the problem or a way to fix it? Turning off shadows didn't help too much. My G51 is overclocked at 2.45 GHz. Is that just not fast enough to run the game properly?

It's not a computer problem, it's a software issue. Read up on it, even the official release is crazy buggy.

Yeah my copy is straight legit. I dont mess around with the hassle of pirating stuff not worth my time not that im getting older. Gonna try some new drivers and turning shadows off wish me luck.

welp tried all the above and still unplayable. Gonna have to see if my parents will let me have my big rigs back.

So if we are in this situation we just hope for the best and wait for a patch that actually works?

I don't think Black Ops should be the new standard for computer hardware. There has to be some other way. No one has found a fix that works for this computer?
