So, I should be receiving my G53JW sometime next week, if all goes as planned. My question is, what should I be checking or doing when I get my computer in order to ensure that it is running at its peak potential. Also is there any software suggestions to maintain performance? Thanks.

Also, carefully/rigorously/systematically test keyboard and mouse for proper functionality.

Install monitor(s) like CPU-Z and carefully run stress test(s) like Furmark/Prime95 - check idle and load temps for any sign of over-heating.

Run some kind of battery test to check for defective battery. GL.

Now, here's a noob question hahaa... where do you get those stress test programs? Does it come with the computer? I never really did those stress test since I didn't really owned a gaming laptop.. last one was dell studio xps 16 which is you can say a semi gaming laptop...

and also is there a program for dead pixel? or u just gotta look for it yourself lol..
