I just recieved this from newegg literally around 3 hours ago, and sometimes it hangs and then I'm forced to turn it off and then I can hear the fans and the lights working when I turn it back on, but nothing appears on screen, and I have to reset about 50 or 75 times before it comes back on again

Since it's brand new, i'd take the opportunity to do a windows 7 clean install and reinstall only the asus utilities you need. If you have the momentus XT hard drives, also update the firmware to SD25. You should be able to find the procedure in one of the threads in the the read before posting sticky.

Check this guide on asus bloatware: http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus/380681-asus-utility-bloatware-guide.html

You can find all the drivers/utilities up to date here: G73 Series Driver and Application Reference

There's also a win7 install DVD iso that you can use in conjunction with the windows 7 key under your laptop.

It doesn't turn on at all anymore, I might just have to send it to Asus so they can fix it

Can you just replace it and avoid any possible frustration before it is really necessary?

Newegg has a great 30 day return policy. I'd actively use it if I were in your shoes.

Newegg has a return policy, but you have to pay a restocking fee though.

You're not restocking it... you want a replacement. :)
