Hi I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if you can upgrade the graphics card in a G60JX? It comes with the GTS 360m. Everything I've read is that you cannot upgrade the graphics cards in ROGs. Is this true?

Nah, you can upgrade the cards in the ROG laptops (except the G74). You just can't use any random card, though - it's gotta be one of the ones that asus has supported, GENERALLY. Your laptop has limited choices, tho - you could go for a 260GTX, but that'll throw off more heat and draw more power (which can cause problems with the core I series CPUs ...)

Okay thank you, so how would I find out which ones are supported for a G60JX? Everyone says the heatsinks aren't compatible.

You can only use Asus graphics cards, because Asus uses reverse MXM cards.

You really have the fastest card though, you wouldn't notice a difference with the 260M.

The GTS 360M is faster than a GTX 260M? o_O

    wat?

The GTX 260M is considerably faster with 112 shaders, the 360M only has 96. It's like comparing the 8800GTS to an 8800GT. o_O
