    Let's see...
    Here's my rig http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=5753605&sku=F12-160003

    CPU temperatures via Coretemp
    -Idle, I'd say around 38-45c
-Under load, the highest I've been is 57c

GPU temperatures via GPU-Z (260m Nvidia card)
-Idle, ranging from 64 to 74 with random fluctuations to 80 when the fan goes off for a little.
-Under load, the highest I've ever seen it is 102c, but usually it peaks at 95

I'm aware of powermizer to drop idle temperatures and I'll enable it if these temperatures could be damaging my GPU.
But how is my CPU tempreatures and is 102 for my GPU really bad?

Thanks in advance guys, I appreciate it alot :D

Your CPU temps are fine, but I'd be crying if I had gpu temps.

That's about right for your card. Gaming it probably won't get that high, furmark is usually several degrees higher than gaming...

Yeah the GPU temps are starting to scare me...

Ok thanks for the verification. I was afraid I'd have to stop gaming on this laptop or buy a cooling pad.

What you need is a GPU repaste. You can at least blow out your vents and see how that changes things.

He's got a g60vx ... and those laptops have 1 fan, 1 heat sink and it's shared between the GPU and CPU. Forge had temps of like 86, with a TONNE of mods ... 102 is high, but not a whole lot higher than then 95 average most people got with furmark.

Though, if you're hitting 102 while gaming ... yeah... time for a repaste.
