    Help guys,
    i dont know what happening here .

    Yesterday i reinstalled windows, a fresh copy of win 7 enterprise x64.

    before reinstalling ,i was downloading movies 6-9 MB/s

    now its always reaching 1,1 MB/s and stays there.Like some sort of cap.
    Using torrent same version as previuos e wireless drivers.

    What can be problem?
    Is there a solution?

    Try downloading with another computer and see if it can reach the old speed. Could be something specific to your ISP (i.e. a temporary slowdown in the connections). I am not aware of any "cap" that the OS puts on the download speeds.
