    Good morning,

You may have already tried this, but here is something that is easily missed.

Go to control panel --> Hardware and sound --> manage audio devices --> playback. Make sure that your "speakers" are set as the default device for audio and not disabled.(little green check mark next to them) Make sure to right click on one of the icons and put a check box next to "show disabled devices" and "show disconnected devices" so all of your devices show up in the menu.

also you can try downloading the newest high definition codec from Realtek.

    Let us know the outcome.

still nothing work , i also formatted the windows and installed a new windows 7
with the latest updates, but still.

but i think it should work directly after i plug it into the audio 3.5mm jack ...

plus i pluged an external speakers , on the 3 audio ports and it didnt give me any sound too (even tho the windows detect it).

i guess i will return the laptop for replacement , cuz maybe it have an internal problem with the ports itself .

when i move the 3.5mm jack wire when it is plugged in , it gives me a little sound and noise , so i guess there is a problem with the laptop itself .

PS:the headset and the external speakers work 100% it works on my other 2 laptops

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLAY VERY MUCH .

You might want to try it with a liveCD like Ubuntu to see if you can get audio to play there. It would rule out a software issue. If it's hardware, that's weird because it's usually the opposite, that the headphone sense gets stuck on and won't play through the speakers. If it ends up being a hardware problem your best bet is definitely to send it back.
