While playing games i get a black screen then it comes back to the game saying my drivers failed but recovered, it often does this.

Is there a way to get different drives every time i try to it says they are up to date but they seem a bit fail.

    Driver Packaging Version 8.683-091217a-092929C

    That's the current drivers.

Hmm mine used to do that when a particular game didnt like an overclock. Though I suppose it could also be a GSOD, but I thought those were unrecoverable until restart.

Anyways your drivers are fairly out of date, what is your CCC version? Also, have you updated your vBIOS? If you havent, take a look at that here:

After updating your VBIOS, go to AMD site directly and download the newest drivers, and you should be good to go.

Did you read that whole first post? the vBIOS isnt something you install from inside of windows.

Anyways, that driver version seems correct, if you arent having any problems in-game with them, then perhaps you dont need to update the vbios at all.
