While playing games i get a black screen then it comes back to the game saying my drivers failed but recovered, it often does this.
Is there a way to get different drives every time i try to it says they are up to date but they seem a bit fail.
Driver Packaging Version 8.683-091217a-092929C
That's the current drivers.

Hmm mine used to do that when a particular game didnt like an overclock. Though I suppose it could also be a GSOD, but I thought those were unrecoverable until restart.
Anyways your drivers are fairly out of date, what is your CCC version? Also, have you updated your vBIOS? If you havent, take a look at that here:

After updating your VBIOS, go to AMD site directly and download the newest drivers, and you should be good to go. -
The Download link doesn't work for me >.< here is my CCC Catalystâ„¢ Control Center Version 2009.1217.1632.29627

Which/What download link? The drivers? The Vbios?
The Driver: ATI Catalyst? Mobility Display Driver
But you need the new vBIOS first -
The Vbios don't come up in a zipped folder >.<

So my CCC updated and now i have drives of 7/7/11 which are 8.872.0.0
is that correct? -
Did you read that whole first post? the vBIOS isnt something you install from inside of windows.
Anyways, that driver version seems correct, if you arent having any problems in-game with them, then perhaps you dont need to update the vbios at all. -
haha it seems great now! Thanks!
