    Hi Everybody,

I'm brand new to this forum. I hope I can get some help for my son's laptop. We took it to a repair shop, and they couldn't fix it, if you can believe that. Anyway, Here are the symptoms: He can't download any drivers. The repair guy was able to download a new windows 7, when we could not. Now, there's no sound, the USB doesn't work, and the video is stuck in what looks like safe mode (relating the the larger size of text, ect. when you're in safe mode). He can't adjust that, and can't download any drivers. Anyone have a clue? I was thinking of replaceing the mother board, but not sure if I should do this or not.

    Thanks in Advance!

Drivers are available from ASUS' website, see below.
    http://www.asus.com/supportonly/G73Jh/#support_Download

You just need to download the latest version of driver from each category.
Unzip them one by one, and run setup to proceed.
Once everything's installed, then it should take care of the issues.

Hi Kevin, and thanks for the quick response! My son already tried that, but for some reason, it didn't work. I'll have to make sure he proceeded correctly with the download/installs...I'll get back to you!

Hi there, could you be more specific, when you say you can't download them is the internet on the machine not working? Do you in fact download the drivers but they fail to install?
