    I have seen some users upgrade the stock screen with something else. For better frame rate some say. Now is it possible to upgrade and get the RGB LED screen?

    RGB Led screen is a different size screen. It wont fit the 73.

    the technology of a screen has nothing to do with it's size.
    LCD, LED OLED are different technologies.
