Asus G73-JW successful on 32 GB RAM

    I've a 2 yr old Asus G73-JW successfully running on 32 GB of G.Skil DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) RAM -

when I called G.Skil they recommended I get the matched set of 4 sticks for Apple-Mac,
so I paid a few $$ more, but it's all running well -
just a little trouble getting the keyboard cable matched up again after replacing the stick that lives under the keyboard.

I'm just posting this here for anyone else that might have similar questions as I did --

because I'd ordered the Asus w/ just 8 GB RAM, and when I finally got around to upgrading,
there were many conflicting reports, opinions, posts, and tech-specs -- even from Asus & Intel,
as to what would or wouldn't work -- generally said 16 gb would, but not 32 gb.

So it's kinda fun to have plenty RAM for the OS, plus have enough to run VMs in a RAM disk,
and have another set of RAM disks for some specialty conversions, video rendering projects,
    & other memory-intensive work (i know it's a shame, but i don't game ;) .

    Best Regards ~
