Hello to all, i am new here, i bought my G73JH the 9 August of 2010, i have on the back of my laptop a sticker with 24m warranty.

I guess its on warranty, the freezing/bluescreen is getting insane, i changed my HDD for a SSD and get the same problem, reinstall OS about 14 times in the last 2 years, updated Bios and all possible driver so i am sure its hardware problem.

I sent an email about 2 months ago to Asus to get support and never got responded, what is the best way to get support here in Canada (Quebec) from Asus to get that laptop fixed for good ?

    Thanks

The HDD issue seems to be very common on this model. I've had numerous people on this forum report it and I've dealing with the same issue for a year now. I had my laptop RMA'ed and that didn't fix it completely either.
On topic, did you try calling them on the Asus support number. I did that when I had my laptop RMA-ed, so I guess calling them would be a good starting point.

Calling them would be the shortest way to get it fixed. If they have everything they need to fix it, it should take 5 business days to send it to markham and back to you if you live near Montreal. If you're farther from Ontario, expect a couple more days depending on your location.

No HDD issues what so ever with mine though.

finally sent my laptop the 13th, after troubles with RMA numberthey decided to send it to another location that "could" fix my laptop without giving me any info or new RMA number, so after 30 minutes on phone i managed to get that RMA number,`

it's now in shipping (28th) not too bad, i just hope they did something and not just reinstalled the OS......
