    Hello,

It's been a year since I posted again. I'm having a problem with my RAM, last time I saw my RAM (CC Cleaner) it was 4gb and it should be 8gb.
I double checked with HWiNFO64 and it shows 6gb.
I checked it on my Task Manager and it shows 4gb.

This is the photo for what I am talking about. What is this?

I do not know how to open my laptop and remove/re-insert RAM compared to desktop. Last month I experienced BSOD and maybe that time one of my RAMs shut off.
I think for 3 years, my RAM did well.

What should I do? If I still have 6gb of RAM it is more than enough for me.

I am also open for upgrading my RAM, I found CORSAIR VENGEANCE 2 x 4gb and the other one is CRUCIAL 2 x 4gb which is $15 less.
Both are 1600 Mhz but will set on default speed depending on the processor being used.

    Thank you,
    Hedonist

Thanks Josea, I can't open this laptop lol I might destroy my G73
My worst case scenario would be sending this into a repair shop and buy a new RAM huhu.

I'm going to play Total War: Rome II which requires heavy machine. Seeing my RAM like this hurts lol.

I installed CPU-Z and it shows 6gb of RAM. My 4th slot was not detected.
