Hey folks. I've been wondering what BIOS version I had since I bought the computer last week. Figured the default 206 BIOS.

So, I figured... FN + ESC will give me an idea.

So I did. And it didn't freeze.

Why did my computer come with the new BIOS? Makes me happy but I wonder why.

^I haven't seen other people talking about their Asus's coming with the new BIOS though.

Kaelang, OK I will ask the obvious question, did you acuallly enter the BIOS and verify the version?

I did before I was curious about the BIOS. Didn't look around, just looked at Virtualization.
Your question is pretty pointless- I found out the version of the BIOS regardless.
