Probably not. Asus uses a proprietary design first of all, so getting one to line up 100% correctly with the heatsink and motherboard screwholes might be more trouble than it is worth. The main sticking point may be the bios of the JW. Asus laptops don't play nice with graphics cards that were not designed for it originally. It sometimes takes a lot of work to get them to function, and even then, there may be issues with fan speed and a host of other issues.

Bottom line - will it accept another card? Yes. Is it worth the time and hassle to get it to work properly, if at all? No. :)

There have been no successful transplants with a JW or SW. Those with a JH are sometimes able to upgrade to a 6970m, but it takes a lot of work.
