Hello, I'm having a problem with my G73SW 3DE. I accidentally uninstalled the ATK package from the laptop and now I can't use the shortcuts and most importantly the backlit keyboard cannot be turned on. I searched google for help and found this: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download G73Sw and downloaded the "ATKACPI driver and hotkey-related utilities"
I then installed it, rebooted and an error came out: "You have to install ATK0100"
I searched for the whole day and cannot find a working version. Hopefully someone can help me solve this problem.

    Cheers!

Thanks! I entered the first link and after seeing THIS "Asus Driver and Application Disc for G73SW MD5: EC5579E8DFE28218F58D13AF6A331C9B"
I facepalmed. I forgot about the disc that came with my pc.
So I installed the ATK package in the disc and it is working again. Thanks for indirectly helping me. xD

Could someone help me out also, which files do I actually need. I did a fresh install the other day and installed the ATK package off the driver disk that came with the machine but no joy with the lights.

This guide may help. It includes links to all of the packages, and
is only a few weeks old (it appears to be for the G74SX however):
